Do you think I could get a tummy tuck at the same time as a hystorectomy?

I just found out that I have a fibroid tumor and a hystorectomy may be necessary. I was just about to start my journey to get a tummy tuck and now this. Has anyone ever heard of doing both procedures at the same time?
