Anyone experiencing this pain?

I have been having horrible stomach cramps. It begins in my upper stomach to the right side. It is not constant, but when it hits.. it takes my breath away. It feels like Someone is taking a fork and scraping the inside of my stomach. They are not sure what it is yet, and i have been put back on liquids... any input would be great. Thanks
