Does this mean they will cover WLS?

I am just wondering what my insurance exclusions means. It says," your medical plan will not pay for charges resulting from any of the following: Expense in the connection with services or supplies provided for treatment of obesity and weight reduction( except Morbid Obesity)". So that means they will cover it? Thanks for your help.
