Aetna USHC...Has anyone been approved for lap-band surgery through Aetna?

Due to previous abdominal surgery, my surgeon feels the lap-band would be best for me. The surgery that I had was an RNY to the pancreas (had cysts on pancreas). Even if you were denied, please I want to hear from you and know what my chances are of being approved. Thanks
