Anyone with lower BMI dealing with AETNA recently?

I have just had my LOMN submitted to AETNA and am very nervous. My BMI is about 41. I have not been at this weight for over 5 years. This past spring AETNA said that there had to be the 5 year histroy of MO for this surgery. I do have some co-morbidities, but I am afraid this 5 year thing will mees up my chances.<p>I am just wondering if anyone here has been approved by AETNA since this policy was started without being MO for 6 years. Thanks in advance for your help.
