Questions on protein bars!

First I'm having a hard time finding one that is low in sugar and low in carbs that taste half way decent. I find that I get full on the bars quickly. So, it seems that it takes me all day to eat them by just nibbling on them all day. That is kind of hard for me with my work schedule. Does anyone find this to be the case? If so how do you eat & finish them. Also do you use the protein bars as a meal or just have them as a snack? I'm a little confused on that. Any suggestions on bars that you like? Thanks!
