I need food ideas for snacks & for an easy breakfast other than eggs?

I wanted to get some suggestions for high protein snacks and high protein things to eat for breakfast. I have a tendency to want to snack a lot & need some good full of protein healthy options. I also need some other options for breakfast that is fast & easy also full of protein. I'm not real big on eggs so. I get hungry for things during the day & don't have anything around so I end up going to fast food placed. Now, I do make better choices but I don't want to get caught in that fast food rut again.
