I keep craving carbohydrates. I'm afraid I will gain
I keep cravng carbs. I eat cheeze-its, crackers, popcorn, etc. I don't want to stop losing. I've lost 55 lbs in 3 months. It's coming off slow but at least it's coming off steady. How can stop craving these carbs because sooner or later it's going to catch up with me.
