I just purchase liguid protein

from Gnc, it called Challenge predigested Liquid protein, you take two tablespoon , dilute in 6-8 oz of water, it has 18 gram of proteins, 5 gram of carbs. Has anyone tried this, can I take it without water, (oh yeah you take this three time a day.)and it comes in cherry favor, price was 10.41. thanks
