Cigna HMO/POS??

I was wondering has anyone had Cigna HMO/POS approve plastic surgery here in North Carolina? I have this insurance and am thinking about having plastic surgery. I am at 230 pounds and have lost 119 pounds. Any information would be nice. Thanks
