Has anyone had a tummy tuck and thigh lift done at the same time?

I went to see a plastic surgeon last week and asked about having a tummy tuck and thigh lift done at the same time and was told that it would be too much to have done at once. If you have had these procedures done at the same time I would love to hear from you. Thank you!
