I am 6 1/2 months and I have only lost 51lbs, I get my 60 grams of protein in.

I get 64 oz of water in Mon-Fri when I'm at work, its hard of the weekends. 2 weeks ago I started regular exercise,water aerobics and tae-bo, 5 days a week. I have never dumped and I can tolerate sugar which i am try not to eat too much of. I am having problems updating my profile, I will do that soon. Does anyone have the same problem as me that can tell me what I need to do. Thank You
