Does anyone have before and after pictures of a thigh lift?

I am interested in having a thigh lift (badly needed) and would like to see some before and after pictures if anyone has any. The surgeon that my PCP sent me to has no pictures of his work. Yes, he is certified, but I am still going to ask my doctor to refer for a second opinion; I'm just not comfortable with a doctor that can't even show you his work. Thank you!
