Anyone with Tricare have any luck getting approval for reconstructive surgery?

I have Tricare Prime and am in need of an arm lift. That is where my biggest loose skin problem is. I could probably also use a breast lift and tummy tuck. Has anyone gotten tricare to cover any of these procedures and if so, how?? Thanks.
