How much can I expect to lose with a tummy tuck and breast reduction?

I am 10 months post-op (open RNY) I'm 5'7", started out at 298, currently 194. I'm thinking about getting a panniculectomy or abdominoplasty and breast reduction when I get to goal of 147. At what weight should I start looking into this?
