Below my left breast I can visibly

Under my right breast is flat, but the left side looks rounded out and almost swollen, but does not hurt. I've been having alot of vomitting (mostly due to trial and error eating) and am wondering if this is causing my pouch to look swollen even when I feel like it is empty. Is everyone is able to "view" their pouch? I am 5 wks post-op.
