Has anyone ever been approved for any type of WLS under Union Insurance?

I am 19 years old and am seriously considering having WLS. I am a full time college student still under my parent's insurance, that being Local Union 330 Teamster's. I had a breast reduction when I was 16 years old and that was a big fight, but I was finally approved and then I had a second corrective surgery at 18. Needless to say, my insurance company hates me. Has anyone ever been approved under this insurance in the Chicago Land area? Is it even worth trying to fight it?
