Dizziness, Lightheadedness, and Weakness for a Long-term Post-Op

I will be two years post-op next month. I am down 172 lbs from 355. All my labs have been normal. I take my multivitamin with iron daily. For the past three weeks, I have experience dizziness, lightheadedness, and weakness in the afternoon hours. I searched the database for answers, and mostly found "me too" responses from early post-ops. My diet is normal, and I'm not pregnant. Any clues as to what could be causing this? Thanks.
