Can someone please tell me what is ideal as far as

daily intake of fat/calories/sugar, etc?? I know all about the protein, so please, dont say protein. I am wondering how many grams of fat, and how many calories etc should I be taking in on a daily basis. I am a new post op of a few weeks.. I am drinking 2 liters of water a day, taking my vitamins and protein supp and walking, but I REALLY want to know about the limits to everything else. And No, I am not wanting to know so i can push those limits, I just want to stay within the limits so i can lose. Can someone give me some input on what they follow?
