Part of my incision doesn't look right. Anyone know what it may be?

I am a few days short of four weeks and the last of my steristrips finally came off today. I had an idea that it didn't look right under there and my suspicion was confirmed today. I have a fairly fine, thin scar developing, however, about a 1/4 inch from the top is a big buldge...almost the size of a peanut M&M (pardon the choice for comparison). No pain from it, but what the heck is this hideous looking thing?? I am seeing the doc in two days and will ask, but I can't stop wondering in the meanwhile. Anyone have any idea? Will it go away? P.S. - I am still draining profusely. Can it be related to that?
