How do you figure out a goal weight?
Hi, I am 5'5", 265lbs, 20yrs old. I am hoping to have DS in the summer and am wondering what I should consider as my "goal weight"? Also, my weight is pretty evenly distributed and I wear a size 20. Anyone have similar stats to mine? What size can I hope to be wearing at goal? A daydreaming kind of question I guess... :)
