My surgeon is bypassing 50 cm if instestines and the common channel will

be about 150 cm. He and I went back and forth with wheather or not this was distal or proximal. I was confusing him with the way I was explaining it and he condfused me as to how he was expalining it. He tried his best to get me to understand his explanation. For those that have had RNY, would you think this was proximal or distal as compared to what you had? Thanks in advance for you answers.
