Trader Joe's

If there is a Trader Joe's store in your area, they have sublingual B12 at a very good price and also quite a few items you can use post-op, as in hi-pro popsicles, shakes and pre-natals vitamns and it's all a an unbeatable price for good quality products (I sound like I owne this store)I'm having surgery on the 25th of this month and I'll be doing most my pre-op shopping there.
