Gall Bladder - Having tummy tuck and gall bladder out. I'm scared!

I am one year out. Ive lost 130 lbs. and have about 8 more lbs. to go to reach goal weight. Next week I go in to have my gall bladder out and the doctor recommended a tummy tuck. I hear it is painful afterwards. Some people have such an easy time getting over things, I on the other hand do not. The bypass was the hardest thing I've ever gone through and Ive given birth to 2 kids. Recovery for me was months. I was sick for a long time. Is the tummy tuck the same way? Do you get sick? How long do you have to be on liquids? I've been making myself sick thinking about it. I'd really hate putting myself through something like that again. Please help me.
