Need to know if anyone in Col's OH area has Cigna HMO for plas. surg.

I've now lost over 100 pounds and am in need of a tummy tuck, I know the ins. co. doesn't like that word. Does anyone out there have Cigna HMO of OH and live in the Col's OH area and received approval from Cigna to get the procedure done? Also I want to have a baby SOON. Should I wait and see if I can get the TT or have the TT then try for a baby? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance for any (if any) responses. Good luck and God Bless to all.
