I am 5 months post op and am needing a breast reduction

Is this to soon? I had Lap RNY in August and am down 90 lbs. I can't handle the back pain any longer. The more weight I lose the more "top heavy" I become. I am currently a 42 DDD. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
