I need some reassurance. I am almost 1 yr PO and have lost about 153.
I started at 376 and now 223, can I get below 200? I am 5'7" and according to this boards calculator my "ideal" weight is 147. Please, tell me my chances of seeing 170. I drink all of my water, get in my protein, and watch my carbs. I go to the gym 4 -5 times a week and walk about a mile a day. My weight loss has been plateaued, (I hope) for the last month. But I had been loosing @ 10 lbs per month. I really need some assurance. Thanks
