I am pre-op but am a major fast food addict

I will actually crave fast food badly if I don't eat it frequently, I'm wondering if anyone was like this pre-op and how they dealt with it post-op. This is my major downfall currently.. I can't stay away from hamburgers, mexican, etc etc....
