Hi all. I have just bought some herbal tea.

Maybe it's not herbal, just flavored. My question is, if you buy a box of tea bags are we to assume that unless otherwise stated that there is caffeine in it? There is nowhere to read the ingredients. It just says black tea with orange spice flavor. Thanks guys, you're the greatest.
