Are California rolls ok?

I actually have two questions, 1) I'm totally craving California rolls and sushi, is this ok? and 2) When did people start losing their hair? I'm 3 mos post op from a Lap VBG and I feel like my hair is coming out really fast and is feeling thin. I've lost 45 lbs so far. Thanks for your answers! Amy
