I need to know more about long term conditions after 5,10,20 year post op

MY PSYCHOLOGIST WAS CONCERNED THAT I DID NOT KNOW TOO MUCH ABOUT THE LONG TERM PICTURE POST OP- 5,10, EVEN 20 YEARS. CAN ANYONE HELP ME GATHER INFORMATION. I AM HOPING TO HAVE LAP RNY - THIS WAS PART OF MY EVALUATIONS
