Burning pain in the muscles above incision

I'm 3 weeks post-op and have a painful burning sensation in the muscles above the incision. It's not constant but hurts mostly when I move from a sitting or lying position, or when I walk. The incision is healed and I had no infections. Also it hurts to the touch (also a burning sensation). Does this sound familiar to anyone else, and if so, should I be concerned? Thanks!
