ANY BODY ODOR PROBLEMS POST-OP??

Even at over 300 lbs for several years, I did not ever have a problem with body odor. My deoderant/antipersperant served me well. Now, since loosing 80lbs, just in the last month, I have started stinking! I have tried four different deoderants, and, of course, shower every morning, just as I always have, with antibacterial/deoderant soap, but, by noon, I can smell myself! I have an underarm BO that I cannot get under control!! Has anyone ever had this happen? Is there some explanation and a solution?? I work in very close quarters and don't want to be offensive!! I am feeling so good about the way I LOOK, and now I start smelling bad!! Wahhhhhhh!!
