I am 7 weeks Post-op & I have not been able to eat or drink for 3 days...

I called my surgeon and made an appointment for dialation. Today while in the car I was so thirsty, I took a small drink of my moms Ginger ale. It made me sick, so I quickly grabbed a cup...BUT when I threw up there was several tiny pieces of meat in the cup (sorry so graphic) I have not eaten meat for 4-5 days!!!! So I took a bigger drink of the Ginger ale...and when it came up there was a BIG piece of meat(by big I'd say 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch)!! Could I have had a blockeage all this time?!?! I have not tried drinking or eating yet.
