Sorry to hear they could not help you at the hospital, though it must feel better to be home. I hope that you can have wls soon, it is your ticket to a new life of feeling healthier. Good luck!

Jeremy, I hope you are feeling somewhat better. I've been thinking and praying for you. I hope the doctors are not calling your lymphedema water retention, it's far from it. I was given lasix after lasix and it didn't help. They upped the dose and everything. There is no meds to help with lymphedema. I do hope you can get the proper care for your LE and soon. I know you would have much relief with therapy. I'm praying you don't get any infections from this. The sounds of how bad the swelling is getting has me worried an infection might come on. Please don't give up. LE is protein retention not water. God Bless.

I heard from Roberta! Jeremy is home from the hospital, they game him stronger medication for his water retention propblems (lymphedema), and although he is not feeling wonderful, he is at least happy to be home. Please keep Jeremy in your prayers, they are hoping for news from Medicaid soon about Jeremy's WLS. Kirsten A.
