Back On Track Together
3 squares a day?
Well, I didn't go for an official walk, but I went
to the mall with my sisters so I figure that counts
as running a marathon, LOL!
I like the idea about adding protein to coffee. My sister recommended I try the Advantedge that they sell
at Walmart. They're premixed I believe so I think maybe
try mixing with coffee and pouring over ice like an iced latte. Your idea with the silk and berries sound
good too. Do you add a powdered protein to it or is there enough protein in the silk?
Thanks for the pep talk & hope you're having a great
weekend!

It is very important that you snack between meals to prevent your body from going into starvation mode.

Thanks, I've been taking your advice and adding protein rich snacks like yogurt or hard boiled eggs
between meals and that has helped with the munchies.
Having somecarbs with my meals seems to help too. Not alot but maybe a slice of toast with my eggs in the morning or half a cup of potatoes with dinner. Hate
to jinx myself but think I may have lost a couple of lbs., fingers crossed!
