A wet and rainy day here in Mississippi. My eats and cardio for today are:
5:00 AM 1 hour walk on Treadmill
Prebreakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Chocolate Unjury Protein Shake
Snack: Pure Protein Chocolate Bar
Lunch: Quest Vanilla Almond Bar
Snack: Cheese and Crackers
Dinner: Chili
Snack: NSA Ice Cream Sandwich

I had a nice weekend busy but nice - off and running again today. Counting down the days until I am off work - 12/23 - 1/3 - YAY!!!
Prebreakfast: Coffee
Breakfast: slice of roast beef and a piece of cheese
Snack: Protein Shake
Lunch: Veggie Beef Soup
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: Chicken breast, small salad
Snack: Power crunch bar if needed
Vitamins, water, water, water.

Have not been here for a few days. But overall I did OK. Not really bad things. Can't stomach them anyway (most of the time).
I had some bread on Saturday, together with some meat and some wine. That was a bad idea. The bread combined with the wine caused later on mild RH... I do hate that.
I can have a piece of bread crust and be fine... or a glass of wine... but if I have carbs and wine - my body gets into RH... hate that... I forgot that the wine will trigger RH if I have carbs... I have not done that in such a long time... O well.. good reminder. There are a few Christmas parties and I better not have any carbs if I want to have a glass of wine... good reminder.
Also -we are going on a cruise over Christmas, so the memory will also stay with me for that time...
The weather is cold and rainy. Do not like that.
But food wise - I amd great so far:
coffee + protein cookies
wrap + beef
same as abouve.
protein muffin
Vitamin zero water - x 2 = 40 oz ( my water )
home - not sure - but meatloaf and veggies or something with the leftover turkey...

B- egg, ham and cheese muffin
L- 5 oz shrimp with a little ****tail sauce
S- 2 shots of orange vodka mixed in no cal cranberry pomegranate drink
D- leftover cornbeef and fresh spinach sauteed in garlic and a little olive oil
S- sf butterscotch pudding with a lttle whip cream
need to work on my water :(
