Hello Botts:
This is the final week of our 8 week challenge. I hope everybody got something out of it. I want to thank Kathy for starting it up for us. After seven weeks, I have lost 13 pounds. It really has been a wonderful tool for me to use. I hope it has been for you too. My eats and cardio today are:
5:15 AM 1 hour walk
Prebreakfast: Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast: Unjury Protein Shake
Snack: Quest brownie bar
Lunch: Chocolate Chip Pure protein bar
Snack: Laughing Cow cheese spread and 5 carbmaster crackers
4:00 PM 1 hour walk
Dinner: Chicken salad with whole wheat sandwich thins
Snack: Vanilla protein pudding
Have a beautiful Monday and take your vits and fluids.

Good morning! Wow, 8 weeks flew by. I've lost 6 pounds and that is great in my book, the scale went the right direction. I'm still working on not worrying about the scale so much and learning to notice the fact that I'm down a size, my clothes fit better, I have more confidence and feel better every day when I wake up.
B-Alternative bagel w/egg, swiss & SF rasberry jam, 1/3 of a protein shake
S-None, meeting a girlfriend for an early lunch
L-Chicken tacos
S-Quest bar
D-Whole wheat spaghetti w/turkey meatballs, salad
Cardio: 30 minutes elliptical and braving the store for grocery shopping after gym
