Good Morning BOTTS:

We have another nice day here weather wise.  My eats and cardio today are:

5:15 AM 1 hour walk

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Chocolate shake
Snack:  Chocolate quest bar
Lunch:  Pure protein chocolate chip bar
Snack:  Laughing Cow cheese spread and five carbmasters cracker

4:00 PM 1 hour walk

Dinner:  Roast beef and green beans
Snack: Protein Pudding Vanilla

Have a great Monday!  Don't forget vits and fluids.

Good morning!  Here's to a great day!!    

Pre-Breakfast (6:30am) - Body Fortress Strawberry Protein shake

Breakfast (10am) - Cottage cheese

Lunch (1pm) - Chili with Greek yogurt and cheddar cheese

Supper (6pm) - Turkey cheddar brat and cottage cheese


4:30pm - Run/Walk onthe treadmill

I can do this, I can do this, I can do this - AND SO CAN YOU!!

Tess, does the miralax make you bloated and gassy? It does a number on my stomach!

 It does make me a little gassy.  But have gone from not going to the bathroom for 5-7 days in a row to going everyday, that is something that I can live with.  I also take the magnesium oxide twice a day and a teaspoon of benefiber in my protein shake too.  The combination of all three really help relieve my constipation.

Nice and easy... Stressful week ahead of me. I will be traveling, so the eating will be less perfect. The good thing is that I am driving so a cooler and protein shakes, drinks, and snacks - are coming with me in a car. It is only 3 days...but in the past - the trips were almost always excuses to eat junk food.
Today foods:
coffee + coconut milk (a few servings)
protein muffin
flax+ protein muffin
sausage + pickles (low fat, low carb, spicy chicken andovile ...)
soup + flax meal, flatout wrap.
leftover gyro + veggies...
yogurt + proteins + berries...

Good morming and happy Monday to everyone.  It is just plain cold here today, 19 degrees when I left for work, so exercise will be done at the gym after work.

B-Egg Beaters, protein shake
S-String cheese
L-Whole wheat spaghetti w/ham & asparagus
S-Quest bar
D-Tuna steaks, roasted green beans

Cardio: 1 Hour on treadmill, back is hurting and walking helps it feel better.

Did well this weekend.  No gain!  On vacation this week so it might do a number on my foods but I stocked up on healthy snacks so that should help.

B & S - 2 eggs, 2 small sausage patties, 1 slice toast
L - leftover hamburger pie (ground beef, corn, mashed potatoes & cheese)
S - ?
D - ?

My goal this week is to make it to the gym at least 3 out of the 5 days.  Today is not one of them but I am working on painting my living/dining room so I am sure I am burning extra calories.

did not do so well yesterday...Sunday's are big here...i ate some sweets...and paid for it last night too... going to do 3 days of strict protein

here is my plan for today

EM- coffee ( had 2)
S- EAS
L- chicken breast, greek yogurt
S- coffee
D- chicken liver and egg whites
S- greek yogurt

afternoon walk with kids...
