TGIF, Friday, 10/28/11, Cardio & Cafe

 Good Morning BOTTS:

Thank you Lord for Friday!!!!  Did not get to walk this morning, cold and rainy here.  My eats and exercise today are:

PreBreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Unjury Shake
Snack:  Quest Bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Bar
Snack:  Cheese and Crackers
Dinner:  Chicken Quesadilla
Snack:  NSA Skinny Cow

I not sure yet what my cardio will be.  This may be a day of rest for me.  I had a friend to pass away and I will be at the funeral home this evening.  I hope y'all have a great Friday.  Don't forget vits and fluids.

Good Morning - Happy Friday !

Been out of touch for a couple weeks, family in town & traveling a lot...Of course that translated into not really following a plan, just trying to keep it reasonable - maintained my current, considering, I will count that as a mini success...

Plan for today:

B - protein cinnamon dulce coffee & a small biscotti
L -  3 chicken wings, cucumbers with lite ranch dip & cauliflower w/ LF cheese sauce
D - night out with hubby, will share something at Applebees
52oz of water so far, see no problems getting in 80+ today


Cardio : 1 hour zumbu followed by 1 hour water aerobics...Usually its one or the other, but Friday I do Zumba early so I can fit in both & get "me time" with the girls in both classes to catch up on whats going on with my exercise buds

We had frost on the pumpkins this morning. Winter is coming

Left over chicken SF pickle, lettace wrap
Dinner
Meeting son from California for dinner so TBD

Cardio is my Zumba baby!

Good morning everyone! as some of you know I am going to be following the Dukan diet so here is MY plan for today

EM -  sm coffee (usually had a lg.. x 3 a day) now 1 a day
B- boiled egg white, low fat cottage snack cup, deli ham 
L- roast beef , 2 egg whites
S- EAS low carb shake
D_ chicken breast stuffed with weigh****chers smoked cheese
S- oikos yogurt flavored with splenda and coconut flavoring or cinnamon...

Morning!  Started my day of with Body Pump even though I really didn't want to.  Worn out & no energy here but I made it through.  High School footbal tonight in the cold which means snuggling with the hubby in the stands.  We are under winter storm warning here this weekend

B - protein drink
S - ham, egg & cheese on flatbread from subway (I was starving)
L - side salad and leftovers (chicken, rice & mixed veggies)
S - undecided
D - probably a salad of some sort, going out with hubby before the game.

Good morning!  So sorry to hear about your friend Tess, I completely understand. We are going to our third funeral this month tomorrow for a friend we have know since high school.

Todays plan:

B-Sandwich thin w/egg, turkey bacon, low fat cheese
S-String cheese
L-Usual salad
S-Quest bar
D-No idea, going to a friends for dinner.

Cardio: Zumba class after work.

After yesterday's Diwali luncheon, I feel the need to atone, but only for a little bit of bad.  Indian food is so tasty! I kept my portions under control, but did have tastes of the "sweets" after.

Today:

B: coffee, banana, Cheerios ( dry), viatmin
s: protein drink
L: Romaine salad, maybe tuna instead of chicken today
s: cheese, small apple
D: Baked salmon, green beans, coffee
s: protein drink if needed

Exercise: lap swim and water walking at the Y. Oncoming bad weather is playing havoc with my joints.  Also have to hit Walmart for a few items - we're gettting *snow* tomorrow!!!  Crazy weather here in PA continues.

Cold and rainy.  Not nice.  I suffer from SAD ... and when the weather changes, not only I want to dig, dark hole to crawl into, but with my BP dropping (my BP drops really low when the air pressure drops..) I also get dizzy and get headaches.

I woke up really hungry today at 2:30 am.  Had to go to the kitchen and eat... MY BS must dropped.. I ate and ate... felt better, and ... fell asleep on the sofa.. Woke up hungry again. 
So in a way I already had 2 breakfasts...

now - it is OK... I guess something is working...

flat-out with cheese, more cheese, apple,
flat-out with cheese + apple
coffee + almond milk (x 2),
protein-flax muffin, more coffee.... (need coffee to help with BP)
protein shake w/ greens
dinner : not sure... but will pick some veggies and meat... or fish.. 
LNS: PB + hot tea..

Sorry to learn of your loss...  (just now reading your post)

B- Vanilla Protein Shake w/ almond milk
S- String Cheese
L- steamed broccoli and 3 oz grilled chicken breast
S- Unjury Shake
D- ? (probably chicken again w/ salad)
S- if needed, pure Protein Bar

Exercise-  35 min elliptical
