Monday, October 17th, Cardio and Cafe

Good Morning BOTTS, Happy Monday!

It is another gorgeous morning here in the South.  Temperature this morning is 67 degrees at 5:30 AM very nice.  My eats and cardio for today:

5:30 AM 1 hour walk GREAT!

Prebreakfast:  Coffee and Miralax
Breakfast:  Chocolate Unjury protein shake
Snack:  Quest Apple Pie Protein bar
Lunch:  Pure Protein Bar Chocolate Chip
Snack:  Lite baby bel cheese

4:00 PM 45 minute walk

Dinner:  Chicken Quesidilla
Snack:  Protein Cookie Bites Kay's Naturals
Bedtime:  1/2 Bananas

Don't forget vitamins and fluids.  I maintained this week so I am lookng for a lost next week.  Have a great day!

I'm coming to live with you Tess.  Was 29 degrees this morning, with an expected high of 45 today, so chili is in the crock pot working it's magic today.

Eats:

B-Egg Beaters, protein shake
S-String cheese
L-Salad w/turkey, feta, walnuts & rasberry vinagrette
S-Quest Bar
D-Chili

Cardio:

1 hour on elliptical after work

Hi Tess and BOTTers,
For the past 2 months, my cardio is chasing my 2 GD's, ages 2 and 4, who moved in with us.  These have been exhausting days and I'm hitting my mark on my bodybugg, without a problem!   My food plan for today:
Breakfast - coffee, 1 slice low carb toast
Lunch - Protein drink
Dinner - mexican chicken breast w/veggies

I survived the 3 hour Zumba Saturday it was so much fun.....

Breakfast
1/2 of a veggie egg white olmelet
Snack
Apple with almond butter
Lunch
Turkey, SF pickle, lettace roll ups
Dinner
Grilled salmon and grilled veggies
Snack
Frozen protein fruit smoothie

Cardio is Zumba class tonight.

Grrrr--I've gotten my days and nights turned around, so I'm up all night and fall asleep about now!

Makes it really tough to do a logical meal schedule.

Let's see;

0300;  mocha coffee, Clif Bar

0700;  Isopure Dutch Chocolate w/1 % milk, apple

1200:  3 slices Swiss Cheese

Nap attack coming on, I can feel it!

Probably have beef sausage w/sauerkraut for dinner, Oikos Greek yoghurt w/mandarin oranges for
a snack, popcorn later this evening.

Good morning!

Breakfast - scrambled eggs with ham, cheese and onions, with some tater tots (baby bteps!)

Lunch - cottage cheese
               apple

Dinner - turkey cheddar brat with cottage cheese
                green beans

Naughty - mini kit kat and handful of peanut m&ms

Cardio - level 1 day 1 podrunner couch to 5k program

I am joining some coworkers in the Biggest Loser program sponsored by our fitness center.  The program goes until Nov 30!

Happy Monday All!!

So I really need to start thinking ahead for my weekends and planning food stuff. Friday night waiting on hubby at work lead to a slice of pizza at a party, ugh. Saturday not planning ahead for a work function where food was provided lead to fried chicken, ugh. And then there was halloween candy & dessert when company came over on Sunday, ugh. Oh well, new week & new opportunities.

B - Protien drink
S - banana
L - left over pot roast & veggies with a bit of potatoes, celery stalk with peanut butter
S - apple
D - Thai (wil not get my normal fried rice, will pick meat & veggies)

Already finished with my hour at the gym, elliptical & weights

I feel too tired to exercise.  Woke up at 1:30 this morning and couldn't get back to sleep.  Insomnia sucks.
