Wednesday Cardio and Cafe
6:30am click/whey stack protein shake with almond milk
10-10:30 baby carrots, pc of cheese
12pm 1 c black bean soup, cucumbers, 1 small pc of fudge , which caused stomach bloat and cramping for a while. ugh.
3pm iced decaf coffee on my way to grocery shopping
5:30pm handful of Puffins Peanutbutter Cereal
Dinner will be piece of baked chicken, a serving baked tater tots, and some sliced red peppers
Editing all ready!! 6:15pm-- ate 7 tater tots and 1 bite of chicken and I am done. will try to catch up on my fluids tonight by drinking lots of dc tea. If I end up hungry later, it will be either more of my chicken or a protein shake.
I am in a grazing mood so it will take alot of effort on my part to stay the path....i can do it, I can do it, I can do it....
not enough fluid intake today....all of my vites, though. As another poster commented, the 7 day vitamin holder is a really good way to remember your vitamins. I also keep my chewables (for my multi and my calcium) in my car and when I see them, I take them!

Lunch: Sweet/Spicy Tuna pouch and 1/2C String Beans
Snack: Cheese-n-Cheese Cracker pkg and string cheese
Dinner: 1/2 ham sandwich with veggies and dip
Water: 80oz
I took all of my supplements and am going to ride my bike this evening when it cools off.

Hello everyone....great day today, I think this will be our last really warm day...rain and fall cool weather is due starting tomorrow so I enjoyed this day alot. Here's how my day went food wise....
Breakfast: 2 cups coffee w/FF creamer and Milk
1 pkg weight control oatmeal w/raisins
Lunch: chobani pineapple greek yogurt w/cinnamon
1/8 c chopped walnuts
1/2 nectarine
Snack: 1 String cheese low fat
small pkg petite carrots
Dinner: chicken Salad w/lt mayo (1 tbsp) apples &
cranberries
2 Lavash flatbreads
water so far is 9 cups should be 11 by bedtime
vitamins Rx & supplements taken
No extra exercise today, my knee is in a brace today so just doing minimal walking today may try my recubant bike later.

80oz liquids, 1418 cals, 46.5 fats, 116 carbs, 55.5 sugars, 114 proteins
All vitamins in, no exercise tonight. Really tired and wanting to comfort myself with more food. Ceommitting to being done for the night. Have my plan in place for tommorrow. Grateful for this group!

DInner was some cold turkey tomato and lettuce
Later, a protein drink
Coffee and tea.
Not a perfect day, but better than it could have been.
No swimming, but I was on my feet all day.
