Great start yesterday, thanks to all that posted you're food and workouts I got some great ideas. I did notice a lot of you are not eating enough....you are going to be hungry late in the day/night and we all know where that leads. If you are having a handful of grapes try eating a LF protein too, like string cheese, LF cottage cheese, or a little yogurt. Awesome job everyone!

Cardio
Pilates
Arm workout with weights

Breakfast
1 egg 2 egg whites omelet with fresh tomatoes
Snack
Cottage cheese with cinn
Lunch
Tuna with mustard and pickles
Snack
Apple
Dinner
Grilled chicken breast and mixed grilled veggies
Snack
Frozen banana with SF chocolate syrup drizzled on them

If you have been eating a lot of white carbs and sugar and you are going cold turkey you are going to have headaches, shakes and withdrawals. If you can stay on track awesome, if not you may want to try to phase these foods out slowly.

I did not do well last night...seems i get "hungry" in the late afternoon...and could eat my dinner about 5/6 pm and be good for the night..problem is ..i want to sit down with hubby and eat dinner..which leads to over eating ...and then i feel bad and feel like oh well u messed up...and continue to snack late into the evening...could it be addiction to the carbs? cause that is what i am wanting...idk...i do great during the day...and i know that is because i eat what i packed and its healthy and balanced...just come 3/4 i am wanting to eat everything ...i have been off track so long...or have not stuck to anything... prob the wrong board to be on...idk...
already this morning i messed up ...eating breakfast with the kids....but my lunch is great...and tonight i am making a very healthy lean chili...just at a loss right now...sorry to post this here guys...

 I find the more protein I eat during the day the less I eat at night.  Try adding more protein during the day. Also, when you feel like eating at night, put on some music and dance, dance, dance.  You will forget about that head hunger!

i remember having protein shakes for snacks....right now i don't "snack" until 3/4 at which point starts the eating frenzy.... i absolutely will be adding more protein in....i am flip-pin 35 lbs from my goal... i need to find the time or energy to at least get some cardio in too....it helps sooooo much..
and thanks you guys are such an inspiration !

 Try putting on music and dancing around the house.  I know, but it's fun and doesn't feel like structured exercise. Also, check your TV provider, there is usually a health/fit network that has a lot of fun stuff to do.  I love Zumba!

You are doing all the right things, just take it one small step at a time!

Those refined carbs are the devil!!!  Eat with your family, but make sure it's mostly protein.
Stay away from potatoes, etc., and you should be OK.

If you get hungry in the evening, have a protein shake. 

That old "stinkin' thinkin""  will get you if you don'****ch out!  Please don't beat yourself up
over food!  Make sure you eat protein first!

Here's where I'm at as of 8:30am

Breakfast: 8 oz. protein shake - 20gm protein
and I'm a 10 oz. mug of tea now.

I brought some of my chicken soup/stew for lunch and an apple, not sure if I'll feel like eating it though.

Today's workout plan after work: 60 minute spin class, workout with weights and then 150 crunches.
