Like each and every one of these posts I am in the same boat.  I had by RNY Jan 24, 2005 I lost all my weight withiin a year and kept it all off for 5.  I felt fantastic.  Then I started with white lights in front of my eyes like a million flash bulbs going off, very light headed, confusion and it was scarey.  It would go away if I ate carbs, then eating each time I had an attack.  My doctor thought I was nuts and finally after gettin lost in the garage where I work for over 30 minutes walking aimlessly around and a weight gain of 30 pounds I got a new doctor to listen to me, I am a severe hypoglycemic.  So that makes it even harder for me to now get on track.  I went from a 5 year weight of 155 to 158 and a size 9/10 to a now 202 size 14.  I am miserable.  And back to all my old habits of diets and failures.  Sugar lows that make me eat and to be honest I would rather die than be 318 again.  So I am so happy I found this group.  People I can relate to, people that understand. And I will do this.  I am not perfect and it won't be easy, but I am going to try.

First of all -YOU ARE NOT AN IDIOT
As inconvenient as it may be, you are a human being LOL   Human beings make mistakes, human beings can learn from their mistakes  Human beings can correct their mistakes  So, PLEASE love/respect yourself
