Iron Infusion

Just wondering if anyone had to do this before.

I was taking iron supplements from Bariatric Advantage and when I reordered my last batch I got another flavor - lemon lime with a higher dose of iron. Well, my iron level was lower at MD after taking the lemon lime flavor. Well, after I did some research I noticed the passion fruit was a different blend of iron than the lemon-lime flavor. Do you think this had something to do with my levels being lower?

Thanks in advance for your input

No matter what type of iron I took, I always had stomach problems.  Now I get iron infusions about every 6 - 9 months.  Not a big deal, just a long day.

It may. Or may not.  They really do not know much about iron.

I switched to heme iron. Profferin. Expensive but it works. IMO.
