Sunday Cafe and Cardio

We went to church, out to lunch, out to dinner and went to the theator with friends.  Hard to estimate the calories.  It was a lot of fun though.

Breakfast: sandwich thin, turkey and fat free American cheese
Snack: Protein bar and an orange
Lunch: McChicken sandwich no mayo and 10 french fries
Snack: Veggie soup, baked tostitos, mozerella cheese and yogurt
Dinner: Tomato soup, dinner roll, gyro meat, 1/2 baked potato
Snack: Greek yogurt
