Good morning!
I'm kinda having a "down day" today.  Don't know why, I'm going to try to push out of this funky feeling.  No major cardio today, I have a mammogram scheduled for today.  I'm going to try walking a few miles later.  My food plan:
Breakfast - protein drink
Lunch - salad w/chicken strips
Dinner - turkey w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. tiramisu
