I am coming to a 1 year anniversary Oct 30!

I am almost one year post-op gastric by pass.  My weight is now 202 which I am trying to get in the  Onederful category before my 1 year anniversary.  Since the day of surgery I have lost 168 lbs.  Previous to the surgery I had lost over 74 lbs.  I stil feel as big as ever, however I know that I am not.  The journey has taken some rough roads but I have perservered with God's help and have made it this far.  I still need to remind myself to stay on track or just need to BOTT.  Thank-you all who have helped me with this journey.  Hugs
