Thanksgiving is soon - lets set up a goal for that...
I like this. I want to join up for the Thanksgiving Challenge! Here are my goals:
1. Give up sugar
(I have done well on this in the last few weeks)
2. Exercise minimum 3x/week
(I have done this with few exceptions since Sept. 1)
3. Take my vitamins and supplements
(need to start this again)
4. Drink enough water.
(I'm fairly good at this, but I still drink soda on occassion, and I don't drink as much water on the
weekends as I do at work during the week)
5. Do at least one house cleaning or organizing thing every day - whether it be small or large
(need to get caught up on house stuff)
6. Concentrate on protien
(have been doing pretty well at this lately)
