Good morning!
Well yesterday hit 90 and today it's suppose to be 67 degrees. That's what you get for living in Chicago! My food for today:
Breakfast - Fage w/Kashi Go Lean
Snack - Skinny water
Lunch - Ham and cheese on L.C. Bread
Snack - Veggies w/dip
Dinner - Pork Chop w/grilled veggies
Snack - Fage

Deb, so I take it you like the Skinny Water? My favorite so far is the peach mango... it really cuts my appetite and increases my energy. The weather in Indy is pretty similar, but I don't mind a little cool down.
My daily plan is:

Readjusted my day..
It is so cold I do not want to go out to the gym until after noon. I have a ladies coffee at 3:30 so I will go to they gym and do my mile before I go to the coffee. My goal this week was 1 mile per day plus pilates and yoga class. I have met that goal if I go today, which I will.
I reconsidered my meals after last nights post.. I did some calculating and now I understand why the weight gain.... Duh
So I am supposed to be about 1300 cal. My goals are 40/30/30 which is the Zone diet. I can not find anywhere a breakdown of protein to carb to fat for after gastric bypass. If anyone has a Dr recommend please let me know.
2 hard boiled eggs
Green Constant Contentment Tea with Blue Agave sweetener
(which will will not use again 60 calories a serving?!!)
Mocha Protein Shake
Meatball Salad for lunch
(3 Armour Italian Meatballs 1/3 cup Marinara, over Spinach)
Southwest Chicken Saute (Chicken thigh strips sauted with bell pepper and spinach, with picante sauce and sour cream)

Best I can do for today. Way under my calories but over on fat. I see how the fat from the egg yolk can add up fast also the frozen meatballs and thigh vs breast! So tomorrow a better day.

Surgery went good. I weighed in at 224.5 before hand, so I was right on with that. I did have all my clothes and shoes on.
I've had two whey protein shakes made with 8 oz of 2% milk. Otherwise all they had was skim and I am afraid of getting a queasy tummy. So far, so good though and I have taken the vicoden by mouth tonight.
I also had a cranberry juice and will probably have one more shake before the night is through. Head hunger is getting to me a tiny bit. I got some Mentos sugar free gum and that helps. I can't wait to get home tomorrow and drink my super tasty soup.
